Subscription Terms

1. Scope

These Subscription Terms apply to recurring paid AiML Forms add-ons, including form response storage and SMS submission alerts. They supplement the Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, and Acceptable Use Policy.

One-time invitation campaign checkouts are paid separately and are not subscriptions unless checkout states otherwise.

2. Current Subscription Add-Ons

• Form storage is $2.99/month per form, or $29.99/year per form with about 17% off monthly pricing. It allows you to store and review up to 1,000 form submissions for that form and includes email notifications to the creator email when submissions are saved.
• SMS submission alerts are $3.99/month per form, or $39.99/year per form with about 17% off monthly pricing. SMS alerts send selected submitted fields in one alert message, subject to the configured 150-character alert limit.
• Storage and SMS alerts are separate add-ons. A form can use storage without SMS alerts, and each form is billed separately unless a written agreement says otherwise.

3. Checkout, Renewal, and No Free Trials

Direct web subscriptions are processed through Stripe Checkout. The checkout page shows the selected product, billing interval, price, currency, taxes if applicable, and renewal terms before purchase.

AiML Forms does not currently offer free trials for direct web subscriptions unless the Stripe checkout page expressly says otherwise. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or yearly, depending on the selected billing interval, until canceled or ended.

4. Managing or Canceling a Subscription

You may manage or cancel a subscription through Stripe account or customer portal tools where available. If you cannot access a cancellation tool, contact info@aimlforms.com with the form, account, or checkout details needed to identify the subscription.

Canceling a subscription generally stops future renewals and paid feature access continues until the end of the current paid period, unless Stripe, a written agreement, or applicable law requires a different result. Deleting a form, deleting an account, disabling an alert, or stopping use of AiML Forms does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

5. Failed Billing, Plan Changes, and Taxes

If a payment fails, a subscription expires, or Stripe reports an inactive billing status, AiML Forms may limit, suspend, or end the related paid feature. We may update plan names, features, prices, usage limits, or billing options from time to time. Taxes and payment processor fees may be charged where applicable.

6. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law, required by Stripe or a payment network rule, stated in a written agreement, or approved by AiML Forms. Refund questions can be sent to info@aimlforms.com.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for choosing the right subscription for each form, keeping billing information current, and complying with all consent, privacy, messaging, carrier, and data collection requirements that apply to your forms and SMS alerts.
