Purpose
AiML Forms is for legitimate forms, event invitations, RSVPs, customer intake, surveys, polls, and operational notifications. This policy explains uses that are not allowed and the safeguards AiML Forms may use to protect customers, respondents, carriers, and the service.
Prohibited Uses
- Spam, phishing, scams, impersonation, fake login pages, credential collection, or deceptive forms.
- Collecting passwords, private keys, seed phrases, SSNs, payment card numbers, bank credentials, or similar sensitive secrets.
- Collecting protected health information, children's data, financial data, or regulated data without all required legal and compliance controls.
- Sending SMS/MMS messages without consent, required disclosures, valid sender identity, or an appropriate opt-out path.
- Uploading or sending unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, explicit, threatening, or misleading content.
- Bypassing rate limits, sender registration, payment checks, storage limits, security controls, or abuse-review systems.
- Using AiML Forms to harvest data, scrape respondents, resell recipient lists, or create deceptive lead capture.
SMS/MMS Rules
Customers must only message recipients who have agreed to receive the relevant communication. Message content must identify the sender and purpose. Customers must honor STOP, unsubscribe, opt-out, and deletion requests. AiML Forms may withhold sender inventory, stop sending, or review campaigns that appear non-compliant.
Usage and Abuse Controls
AiML Forms may log usage events, hash IP addresses, review user agents, evaluate field labels and intended use, monitor submission volume, inspect SMS delivery outcomes, and compare usage against paid tiers. We may ask for more information, require higher pricing for heavy use, or suspend features when activity creates operational, legal, carrier, security, or abuse risk.
Enforcement
We may remove content, disable public forms, pause SMS/MMS, revoke sender assignments, stop storage, cancel subscriptions, or contact providers and authorities when required. This policy works with the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.
